Dire check in experience. We booked only a couple of hours before arriving, and the woman on reception had absolutely no idea how to check their bookings online. She called someone who spoke a tiny bit of English to talk to me which didn't help, and even got the cleaner involved. We were there for a good 20 mins before a young guy finally showed up who found our reservation in seconds and got it sorted. The listing says that they have a self-service laundry, which was partly why we choose it. It turned out that there wasn't a laundry at all and we ended up walking quite a way to a coin laundry. The rooms were supposed to be non-smoking but ours definitely had a stake cigarette smell.

The owner is changed.
The owner is changed. The hostel no longer provides nice services as in the past. It was really disappointing that no one is always at the lobby and nobody do the clean ups for the rooms.
